On your Assuratel home page, you will see “Your Loved One Is Checked‑in For Today” in a green box if they have checked in today.
Yes. They can check‑in from any phone in the world. They should call us at (224) 228-1776 and enter their PIN to check‑in or pause their daily calls. To set their PIN, use the “Settings” menu option at the top of this screen. Use the “Click or tap here for Your Loved One’s advanced settings” link and fill in the “Remote Access PIN” field.
Yes. If your loved one hasn’t checked in today, your Assuratel home page will have a blue button that says “Check‑In For My Loved One Now”. Use that button to check them in for the day. Your Loved One will receive an email letting them know they’ve been checked‑in.
Use the “Pause my loved one’s Daily Calls” button on your Assuratel home page. You can pause calls starting immediately or any dates in the future.
From your Assuratel home page, simply enter your message in the “My Loved One’s Reminder Message” box. We will deliver your message to your loved one at the next check‑in. You can also select the “Remind Daily” checkbox if you want the message repeated every day.
No. We’ve designed our website to make it easy to use on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
The only personal information we need is the senior’s phone number that we’ll use for daily calls and an emergency contact phone number.
Use the “Settings” menu option at the top of this screen and enter your new password in the “Change Your Password” field. Re-enter your password in the “Confirm New Password” field.
The first 30 days are free. After that, we offer two plans. For the best value, you can pay $99.00 for an entire year (around 27¢ a day). You can also go month to month for $12.50 per month.
No. You can cancel at any time.
You can use any type of card. Use the “Payments” menu option at the top of this screen. We use a trusted third party’s secure online payment system for billing. Assuratel never has access to your credit card information.
